We're trying to decide if we can convert the company to GA or if we need to dissolve here and start-from-scratch reincorporate in GA. Since I will no longer be transacting business or operating headquarters here, I need to find a way to completely remove Mallard off the books here and onto GA. I don't want to maintain records with the SOS, pay franchise tax, or file tax returns here since we won't be needing them. Everything needs to be done in GA from here on out...

Also, Janie needs to talk with you to see if I need to file a tax return for this year for the company here if we move to GA, especially since we didn't bring any paid employees on board or made income yet.

As for meeting with Dorothy, I'm moving in about two weeks, so I'm not seeing it as possible now that my move date has been kicked up (believe me I'm shocked). However, we can still converse right here on My Mallard, and you can feel free to contact me anytime. If I ever make it back to AR, or if you happen to see me at an expo we're in, I'd be happy to converse with you.

While my schedule is rather busy, I will plan to meet with you some time when I have a chance and see if I can discuss with you some marketing strategies. So far we haven't really found anything that paid off yet, but we've been trying various approaches that help to promote us and our product. I'll try to give you some strategies and some business advice that's helped me and see if that'll help. I wish you all the best and talk with you soon!
